Ensure you’re logging into the correct platform and account.
Everyone receives a welcome email after signing up. The easiest way to confirm you’re using the correct email address is to search your email inbox for messages from help@getlasting.com. If you do not see a welcome email, you likely used a different email to log in.
If you've got a Talkspace account, be sure you’re using your Talkspace Self-Guided password and not your Talkspace password.
Reset Your Password.
On the Log in Screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email address that was used to set up your Talkspace Self-Guided account.
You'll receive an email containing a Magic Login Link to the provided email address. All you need to do is click on the link on your mobile phone (not desktop computer or laptop) included in the email and you'll be logged into the Talkspace Self-Guided App.
Please note that the Magic Link will expire in 15 minutes.
If you can’t find the Magic Login Link in your email, take the following steps:
- Wait 1-2 minutes, sometimes there is a slight delay in emails being sent or received.
- Please check your spam/junk folder.
- Please make sure you used the correct email address. For security purposes we do not confirm the existence of specific accounts. If you enter an incorrect email when trying to reset your password or get a login link, you won’t see an error.
After logging in, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Navigate to the More page at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Account, tap Profile.
- Under My Info, tap Password.
- Tap Send email to send the reset password link to your email address.
