If you're unable to join the live classes, that's okay! Many Talkspace Self-Guided users prefer to watch on-demand videos. Everyone who books the live class will receive an email with a link to the on-demand video once the recording is available.
You can also access all of our on-demand classes within the Talkspace Self-Guided app, located on the Explore page.
Here's how:
- Open the app.
- Navigate to the Explore page at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Explore by content type, you'll see an option for on-demand classes.
