How do I book a live class?

You can access all of our upcoming classes within the Talkspace Self-Guided app on the Explore page.

Here's how to book a class:

1. Open the app.
2. Navigate to the Explore page at the bottom of the screen.
3. Under Explore by content type, you'll see an option for live classes. 
4. Tap Live Classes and find the classes you're interested in.
5. Tap Book Class on the classes you'd like to join.
6. Next, you'll have the option to add the class to your calendar. 

All your booked classes will appear on the Booked tab on the Live classes page.
