Providing Talkspace with access to your device's microphone and camera is essential for recording videos or voice messages, and for participating in live sessions.
To let Talkspace access your device's microphone and camera:

- Click on the three dots (
) at the top right, then go to Settings.
- On the left menu panel, click Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
- Scroll down to the section, Permissions and select Camera or Microphone.
- Under the section, Allowed to use your microphone/camera, add the web address: https://app.talkspace.com/

- Go to Settings > Privacy.
- Click through Camera, Microphone, and Bluetooth (for headphones) and turn on access for the Talkspace app.

- Go to Settings > Apps.
- Click on Talkspace app > Permissions.
- Tap Allow for necessary features.
To confirm that the permissions for the microphone and camera are working, try sending audio and video messages to the chat.
