As long as your provider is licensed in your state or holds a valid international license, and you have access to Talkspace from your location, you should be able to receive the support you need.

- Session Scheduling: When you schedule a live session, the availability times displayed are based on your device’s time zone. To make sure your session is scheduled at the correct time, it’s important that the time zone on your device is set to your local time. - Notifications, Emails, and Message Timestamps: In-room notifications, reminder emails, and message timestamps are based on the time zone from when you first created your Talkspace account. If you’ve moved to a different time zone or need to update this information, please contact our Support team to have it adjusted.
