Can I add my teen to my existing Talkspace account?

At Talkspace, each member needs their own individual account to ensure privacy and security, as well as accurate billing and medical record management. This policy helps protect personal information and allows us to provide a more personalized and confidential experience for everyone.

If your teen or dependent wishes to access Talkspace, they'll need to create their own account. When setting it up, they should provide their first and last name, their own personal email address, date of birth, and other relevant personal information.

NOTE: Email addresses cannot be associated with multiple accounts on our platform. Each member must sign up with a unique email address.

If you're interested in having your teen join you for therapy, consider our couples therapy option, which is available for any two individuals aged 18 and above in any relationship. You can find more information about it in Talkspace Services + Pricing.
