How Can I Pay for Someone's Talkspace Services?

Paying for someone's Talkspace services is a thoughtful way to support their mental well-being. Here’s how you can get started:

  • Parents, Guardians, Friends, and Family

If you're a parent, guardian, friend, or family member looking to cover the cost of Talkspace for someone, we currently don't offer a separate payment portal or gift cards. Instead, the individual receiving services can sign up using your payment method, or if they already have an account, they can update their payment information through the instructions in this article: How can I update my payment information?

Our support team can't access a member's account without their permission. If future changes are needed, the individual receiving services can contact us directly or follow the steps in the same article.

Please keep in mind that while they can use your payment information to sign up, the account must still be created under their own name, email address, date of birth, and other personal details. For help with signing someone else up, visit this article: Sign Up for Talkspace: Individual, Couples, Teen Therapy, and Psychiatry Services.

  • Employers

If you're an employer looking to offer Talkspace as a benefit to your employees, you can request a demo here: https://business.talkspace.com/.
