Our platform lets you easily communicate with your provider through audio, video, and picture messages within your chat room if your plan includes asynchronous messaging.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click into the room that you'd like to send the message.
- Click on the upload icon (
) on the bottom-left of the Room page.
- On this screen, you can:
- Take a photo (Only available on app only)
- Upload PDF
- Record a video (Only available on app only)
- Upload items from Video/Photo library (Only available on app only)
- Record a voice message—you can also record voice messages by clicking on the microphone icon (
) on the bottom right of the Room page.
- On this screen, you can:
NOTE: At this time, you can only send video and picture messages through the app. On the web platform, you can only view recorded videos and photos.
