Why can’t I play audio and video messages from my providers?

If you are accessing our app from a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.), be sure you're using the latest iOS or Android version.          

You can also try switching platforms (i.e. web, mobile) to see if that lets you play the message. If this still doesn't work, ask your provider to resend the message.

If this is happening with more than one message, contact us at support@talkspace.com so we can see if it's a larger issue.
