Why can’t I play audio and video messages from my providers?

If you are accessing our app from a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.), please make sure that you are using the latest iOS or Android version.          

We also suggest switching platforms (i.e. web, mobile) to see if that allows you to play the message. If this still doesn't work, please ask your provider to resend the message to you.

If this is happening with more than one message, please contact us at support@talkspace.com so that we can identify if it is a larger issue.
