Why can’t I switch my provider on the Talkspace app?

If you're having trouble switching your provider on the Talkspace app, log into your Talkspace account by desktop or mobile web to complete the switch. You should receive the prompt to accept informed consent within your room to continue therapy (see below image for reference).
