Therapy clients who are subscribed to a plan that includes live sessions can select from one of three unique formats, by video, by audio, or by live chat, to meet with their provider in real-time for the duration of that session. Each subscription includes a set amount of live sessions per month. If you need an extra session, more can be purchased a la carte.
Feel like doing one live session by chat, and the next by video? No problem. Simply select your format when scheduling with your provider.

For Insurance-Based and Employee Benefit/ EAP Accounts
If you Employee Benefit Plans, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or medical insurance covers both live sessions and asynchronous messaging, you can select which of these you'd like to redeem your prepaid session for prior to starting each. Just click the Book a Session banner that appears at the top of your therapy room and choose to start a live session (video, audio, or chat) or an asynchronous messaging session.
