Talkspace offers both discounted pricing and, in some cases, coupon codes, depending on the type of service you’re using and how you’re paying. At this time, Talkspace does not offer financial aid programs or free therapeutic services.
Discounted Pricing
If you’re paying out of pocket (self-pay), you may receive automatic discounts when choosing longer billing options.
For therapy services, selecting a quarterly or biannual plan can provide 10–20% savings, and no code is required because the discount is applied automatically.
For psychiatry services, Talkspace may offer bundle pricing, which allows you to purchase multiple sessions at a reduced rate.

Coupon Codes
Coupon codes (sometimes called promo or discount codes) are separate from automatic discounts. These codes can be entered during checkout and are intended for self-pay therapy plans.
How to enter a coupon code:
- Continue through the signup flow until you reach the Review details page.
- Look for a field labeled Apply a coupon.
- Enter the code and select Apply before continuing to checkout.
Additional rules to keep in mind:
- Coupon codes must be entered during checkout.
- They can't be added after payment is completed.
- They can't be applied retroactively to past charges.
- Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
NOTE: Coupon codes aren’t available for insurance, EAP, employer/organization, or psychiatry plans. To use a code, you can add or switch to an out-of-pocket therapy plan and apply it at checkout.
