At this time, Talkspace cannot provide assistance for conditions such as psychosis, hallucinations, and active addiction requiring detox or higher levels of care. If you’re in early recovery and need detox, Talkspace might not be the right fit for you. However, once you’re stable and sober, you may become eligible for continued care with us, provided you don’t need controlled substances.
Additionally, assessing for autism typically requires extensive evaluations by a specialist. While you can discuss your symptoms with a Talkspace provider and explore potential medication options, it's important to note that you should reach out to your primary care provider for further assistance and/or a referral to a specialist.
