Live Session Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies

We know that things come up and plans can change. To help ensure that available session times can be used by other members who need them, we ask that any changes to your live session be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If you miss a session or make changes, such as canceling or rescheduling, less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be charged a fee or lose a session credit. We won’t be able to refund the fee or restore the session credit in these cases.
