If you access Talkspace through insurance or other benefits, your plan can’t be adjusted. However, if you're subscribed to a Talkspace out-of-pocket plan, you have the flexibility to update your subscription at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from your account.
Keep in mind, any changes made will take effect immediately:
- When upgrading your subscription, your payment method on file will be charged the difference between the updated and previous subscription.
- When downgrading your subscription, any resulting credit will automatically apply to your next subscription renewal.
- If downgrading from a subscription with live session credits, any remaining sessions will be transferred into a credit that will automatically apply to your next subscription renewal.
To make changes to your subscription:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click Account (
) located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click Payment and plan.
- Locate the active plan you want to change and click Change plan.
- Select a new plan from the available options.
- Review your new plan and click Confirm plan change.
- If you don't have a valid payment method on file, you'll be prompted to enter your payment details. Once entered, click Complete purchase to finalize change.
