How Do I Change, Upgrade, or Downgrade My Therapy Subscription?

If you're subscribed to a Talkspace out-of-pocket plan, you have the flexibility to update your subscription at any time. Whether you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can do so directly from your account.

When you make changes to your subscription, keep in mind:

• Any changes made will take effect immediately.
• Upgrading: If you are upgrading your subscription, your payment method on file will be charged the difference between the updated and previous subscription.
• Downgrading: If you are downgrading your subscription, any resulting credit will automatically apply to your next subscription renewal.
  • If downgrading from a subscription with live session credits, any remaining sessions will be transferred into a credit that will automatically apply to your next subscription renewal.

To make changes to your subscription:

1. Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
2. Click on Account () located in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click on Payment and plan.
4. Locate the active plan you want to change and click Change plan.
5. Select a new plan from the available options and click Select plan.
6. Review your new plan and click Confirm plan change.
   • If you don't have a valid payment method on file, you'll be prompted to enter your payment details. Once entered, click Complete purchase to finalize change.
