What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?

To enhance account security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA). This adds an extra layer of protection by requiring both a 6-digit verification code (sent to a trusted phone number) and your login credentials (email and password) to sign in.

To set up 2FA, look for the "Enable two-factor authentication" prompt at the top of your room.

Once enabled, 2FA cannot be disabled. If needed, you're able to update the phone number used for 2FA by following the steps outlined in this article: How do I change my nickname, email, password, and phone number?
