To update your email address, password, nickname, and phone number:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click on Account (
) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Login and security.
- Click on Change next to the item you want to edit—nickname, email, password, or phone number.
- Update your information and press Save.
No option to change your password or email? If these settings are unavailable, you likely use Single Sign-On (SSO) through Aetna Resources for Living (RFL).

- Use a Personal Email Address. If you originally signed up with a business or company email address, we recommend updating it to a personal email to ensure you always have access to your account.
- Keep Your Contact Information Up to Date. It’s important to keep your email address and phone number current to ensure you receive all important messages and notifications from us. Outdated or incorrect contact information could result in notifications being sent to the wrong person.
