Opt out of text (SMS) messages
To stop receiving text messages related to clinical/insurance referrals or Talkspace support, simply reply to any of our text messages with one of the following keywords:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Once you send one of these keywords, you’ll receive a confirmation message:
"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
NOTE: Opting out of text messages related to clinical/insurance referrals or Talkspace support will NOT unsubscribe you from Talkspace platform notifications regarding your sessions. These messages are sent from a separate system; to unsubscribe from them, you must respond to those messages directly.
Opt back into text (SMS) messages
To opt back into receiving text messages from Talkspace that you have previously unsubscribed from, simply find an old message from Talkspace and reply with one of the following keywords:
START, YES, or UNSTOP.
This will reactivate your subscription to our text messages.
