If you don't use SSO on our login page to log in or just want to update your nickname, follow these steps:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click on Account (
) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Login and security.
- Click on Change next to the item you want to edit—nickname, email, password, or phone number.

- Follow the prompts, update your information and press Save.
