To make sure your Talkspace session times, notifications, and reminders are accurate, you may need to update your time zone in two places: on your device and within your Talkspace account.
- Update your device's time zone: Talkspace displays your provider's live session availability based on your device's current time zone when you're scheduling a live session. To change your device's time zone, follow these links:
- Update your Talkspace account time zone: In-room notifications, reminder emails, and message timestamps are based on the time zone from when you first created your Talkspace account. If you’ve moved to a different time zone or need to update this information, please contact our Support team to have it adjusted.
Although most Talkspace providers are based in US time zones, your location generally doesn't impact your ability to receive support. As long as your provider is licensed in your state or holds a valid international license, and you have access to Talkspace from your location, you should be able to receive the support you need.
