To adjust your email and app notifications:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click on Account (
) in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Notifications.
- Customize your preferences for:
- Account updates
- Room activity
- Session reminders
- Superbills
- Marketing communications
- Desktop notification sound
Please note that in-room notifications, reminder emails, and message timestamps are based on the time zone from when you first created your Talkspace account. If you’ve moved to a different time zone or need to update this information, please contact our Support team.
Troubleshooting
If you’re not receiving notifications after enabling them, or if they’re being sent to the wrong email address or phone number, try the following:
- Make sure the email address and phone number on file are correct. For help updating this information, see: How Do I Change My Nickname, Email, Password, and Phone Number?

Ensure notifications are enabled for the Talkspace app on your device:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > Talkspace. Turn access on for Talkspace app.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps > Notifications. Make sure notifications for Talkspace are enabled.
