How Do I Update My Name, Date of Birth, Address, and Emergency Contact?

To update your personal information within your Talkspace account, see instructions below:

1. Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
2. Click on Account () located on the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click on Personal information.
   • Under My information, click on Edit to update your name, date of birth, and home address.
     • To update your nickname, please visit How Do I Change My Nickname, Email, Password, and Phone Number?
   • Under Emergency contact, click on Edit to update your emergency contact's name, phone number, and relationship.
4. Update your information and press Save.
