  1. Log in to your Talkspace account.
  2. Click on Account name or AccountAccount Icon.pngicon.
  3. Scroll down and select Customer support.

If the initial response doesn't fully address your issue, our team will follow up within 2 business hours.

     Use the Client Support form to receive sign up assistance or answers to FAQs.

 

Note: Existing Talkspace account holders should follow the instructions to the left for the quickest assistance.

How can I view responses from the Support team?

When our Support team responds to tickets from our members, an email with the subject line "Log In to View our Response..."  is sent, directing you to log in and view the response.
