How do I find my zip code?

Talkspace offers free therapy in many cities through partnerships with institutions and state/city entities. To determine your eligibility, we may require the first 5 digits of your zip code. If you’re having trouble finding them, try the following:

Use a Zip Code Look up tool

If you know your street address, you can find your zip code using a zip code lookup website.

1. Navigate to USPS Zip Code Look up.
2. Enter your street address, city, and state in the corresponding fields.
3. Click Find.
4. You'll be shown your zip code based on the information entered.

Use a Map App

If you're on your phone and have location services enabled, you can use map apps like Apple Maps or Google Maps to find your zip code.

If location services aren't enabled on your device, follow these steps to turn them on:

• For iOS (Apple Devices):
  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Privacy & Security.
  3. Select Location Services and turn it on.

• For Android Devices:
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Location.
  3. Turn on Use location.

After enabling your location services, follow these steps to find your zip code:

1. Open the Apple or Google maps app.
2. Enter your address or search for your location.
3. Tap on your address or location in the list of results.
4. Your zip code should appear in the details.
