When will my provider respond to me?
Because our providers have multiple clients, response times can and will vary. Usually, your provider will respond once or twice a day.
Some clients like to set up a specific time once each week with their provider so that they can message each other in real-time.
We recommend talking with your provider about your schedule and needs, and see what will work best for both of you!
Can I send an audio, video, and/or picture message to my provider in our chat room?
