How do I verify my email address?

Upon signing up, you’ll receive an email with a verification link. Make sure to click on it within 24 hours to verify your email address and finalize the creation of your account.

If you do not see the verification email, please review the following:

  • Check your spam and/or promotions folder for an email with the subject line: Verify your email address.
  • Ensure that emails from team@talkspace.com are not blocked.
  • If you are using a work email, make sure your employer does not have any blocks in place preventing the receipt of these type of emails.

If your email address has not been verified after logging into your account, please follow these steps:

Tip: If clicking on your nickname is not available as described below, please access the account settings by clicking on Account (Account Icon.png) at the top right of the screen after logging into your account.

  1. Log into your account at www.talkspace.com.
  2. Click on your nickname located on the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown, click on Login and security.
  4. You should see an option to resend the verification link if your email address has not yet been verified.
