Keeping your Talkspace account information current is quick and easy!
Suggestion: If you initially signed up using a business or company email address, we recommend changing it to a personal one for enhanced account management.
Follow these simple steps to update your email address, password, nickname, and phone number:

- If you don't use SSO on our login page to log in or just want to update your nickname, follow the steps below based on whether you are using Talkspace on a web browser or in the app.

- Log into your account on www.talkspace.com.
- Click on Account (
) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Login and security.
- Click on Change next to the item you want to edit—nickname, email, password, or phone number.
- Follow the prompts, update your information and press Save.

- Click Change nickname, Change email, Change password, or Change phone number.
- Update your information and press Save.
