Other errors

Try these tips if you're having trouble creating your account:

  • Check that you're making a strong password that is:
    • Longer than 8 characters.
    • Using uncommon words or phrases.
    • Using special characters and capitalization.
  • Check your email inbox

    If you receive an email from us with the subject line, Sign in to your account, you may already have an existing Talkspace account.

  • Try different payment methods

    If your payment method is not compatible, try another option. For a list of accepted payment methods, visit Accepted Forms of Payment/Coverage.
