Trouble applying coverage at sign up

Other errors
Try these tips if you're having trouble creating your account:

Check that you're making a strong password that is:
- Longer than 8 characters.
- Using uncommon words or phrases.
- Using special characters and capitalization.

Check your email inbox
If you receive an email from us with the subject line, Sign in to your account, you may already have an existing Talkspace account.

Try different payment methods
If your payment method is not compatible, try another option. For a list of accepted payment methods, visit Accepted Forms of Payment/Coverage.

Try common technical troubleshooting steps:
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Sign up from an incognito window (preferably using Google Chrome).
- Update your Talkspace app to the latest version on iOS or Android.
