During registration, you'll receive an email with either a verification link or a one-time code to confirm your email address. The link will expire in 24 hours, while the code will expire in 10 minutes. Be sure to verify your email and complete your account setup as soon as possible!
If you can't find the verification email, please review the following:
- Check your spam and/or promotions folder for an email with the subject line: Verify your email address.
- Ensure that emails from team@talkspace.com are not blocked.

If you are using a work email, make sure your employer does not have any blocks in place preventing the receipt of these type of emails.
- If your sign-in credentials are not directly tied to your organization, you can update your email after signing in. Find out more here: How Do I Change My Nickname, Email, Password, and Phone Number?
- If you think you've entered your email address incorrectly, you can update it as long as you're still on the email verification screen. If you've already exited, feel free to send us a support request to have it updated.
If your email address hasn't been verified before the verification link or code expires, log in to your account, and a new verification email will be sent to you.
