To ensure security, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance, communication between you and your therapist will have to occur via private messaging or live sessions on the Talkspace platform. We do not support the use of phone calls, Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Zoom, and other digital communication outside of our platform.
Talkspace platform allows you to send text, audio, video, and picture messages within your private therapy room if your Talkspace plan includes messaging therapy.
