How Do I Turn Reactions On/Off During a Live Session?

When using a Mac, iPhone, or iPad for video calls, you may see 3D reaction effects triggered by your hand gestures. This feature is enabled by default on Apple devices and can only be turned on/off during a live call.

Instructions vary according to your device:

MaciPhone/iPad
To enable/disable reactions on a Mac device:
  1. Join a video call.
  2. Click on the Video menu video menu.png in the top menu bar (this will only appear during a video call).
  3. Click on Reactions to disable or enable the feature.
NOTE: If you use multiple browsers, you'll need to repeat this process for each browser.
