Booking Through Zocdoc

Welcome to Talkspace! We're excited you've found a provider on Zocdoc.

To complete your booking through Zocdoc:

  1. Check your email or text for a message from Talkspace with onboarding instructions to create a Talkspace account.
    • If you already have a Talkspace account, you’ll be prompted to log in instead.
  2. Complete onboarding within 24 hours to keep your appointment.
    • If you don’t complete onboarding in time, you’ll receive an email letting you know your appointment was canceled.
NOTE: There’s no cost to sign up with insurance; however, your cost share (if any) will be charged after each session. Please confirm your cost share with your insurance provider, as we don’t have this information until a claim is processed.

How can I tell if my appointment is confirmed?

Once you've booked a session, your provider has up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to confirm it. For sessions scheduled within 24 hours, if the provider does not confirm up to 1 hour before the session, it will auto-cancel.

A confirmed session will look like this:

For cancellations or rescheduling, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the session to avoid any late or no-show fee.

What to do if I missed the onboarding deadline and the appointment is canceled?

If you miss the onboarding deadline and your appointment is canceled, you can still be connected with your preferred provider.

  1. Sign up: Follow the steps in Sign Up for Talkspace: Individual, Couples, Teen Therapy, and Psychiatry Services to complete registration if you don't have a Talkspace account yet.
  2. Submit a support request: Once registered, let us know the first and last name of the provider you'd like to connect with. You can find their name in the email we sent titled "Complete onboarding to keep your appointment."
