To protect your privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance, all communication with your Talkspace provider must take place on the Talkspace platform. We don't support outside calls from personal phone numbers, Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Zoom, or other services.
With a Talkspace account and plan, you can connect with your provider on the platform in the following ways, depending on your specific plan:
