To update your personal information within your Talkspace account, see instructions below:

- Log into your account on www.talkspace.com.
- Click on Account (
) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Personal information.
- Under My information, click on Edit to update your name, date of birth, and home address.
- Under Emergency contact, click on Edit to update your emergency contact's name, phone number, and relationship.
- Update your information and press Save.

- Log into your Talkspace app.

Click on the gear wheel (
) at the top-right corner of the page.
- If you are in the chatroom, click on the green arrow (

) at the top-left to return to the Rooms page and locate the gear wheel.
- If you are in the chatroom, click on the green arrow (
- Now on the Settings page, scroll down and click Personal information.
- Click on Change my details to update name, date of birth, and home address.
- Click on Change emergency contact to update name, phone number, and relationship to the emergency contact.
- Update your information and press Save.
