Check your email inbox
Check if you've received an email from us with the subject line Sign in to your account, directing you to sign in to your existing account instead of creating a new account. Be sure to also check your spam and promotional folders.

Try different payment methods
If your payment method is not compatible, try another option. For a list of accepted payment methods, visit Accepted forms of payment and coverage. -
Try again within the next 48 hours
Your sign-up experience may be affected by a temporary service interruption. If you've confirmed that Talkspace services are offered through your health insurance, sponsor, Employee Assistance program, try registering again within the next 48 hours.
