How to Enable Microphone and Camera Permissions on My Device
In order to send video and voice messages and participate in live sessions, you need to give Talkspace permission to access your device's microphone and camera. Here's how to allow access:

Click on the three dots () at the top right, then go to Settings.
On the left menu panel, click Privacy and Security > Site Settings.
Scroll down to Permissions and select Camera or Microphone.
Make sure https://app.talkspace.com/ is listed under Allowed to use your camera or microphone.If it appears under Not allowed to use your camera or microphone, click the link and change the camera and microphone permissions to Allow.
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Click through Camera, Microphone, and Bluetooth (for headphones) and turn on access for the Talkspace app.
Android
Go to Settings > Apps.
Click on Talkspace app > Permissions.
Tap Allow for necessary features.
To confirm that the permissions for the microphone and camera are working, send a test audio or video message to your provider!
