What is my out-of-pocket cost through my Medicare benefit? If Talkspace therapy is enrolled in your state, your out-of-pocket cost will be determined by the following:
  • Deductible
  • Coinsurance 
  • Payments by other insurance you may have, such as supplemental (Medigap) or secondary coverage.

If Talkspace is partnered with your Medicare Advantage plan, your copayment and deductible will vary depending on the specifics of your insurance plan.

Does Talkspace accept supplemental (Medigap) insurance? Yes, your claims will be forwarded directly to your supplemental insurance plan, who will determine the amount they can cover before we bill you for any remaining costs.
