With Talkspace, you can get mental health care - with or without insurance. We set out to make the process convenient, accessible, and affordable so you can connect with a mental health care provider quickly.
We accept payment through major US health plans, employer coverage, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and out-of-pocket with a credit or debit card. At this time, Talkspace does not accept international health plans. If you are still interested in our services, we recommend checking out our out-of-pocket plans.
With these ways to pay for Talkspace, you’re just a few clicks away from getting started on your path towards healing. To receive a pricing quote, sign up for an account with us today!
Some Talkspace clients use a credit or debit card for their subscription and then submit the bill to their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Saving Account (HSA) plan administrator and receive 50-90% of the cost of Talkspace back.
Check in with your FSA/HSA provider to confirm what information they need to accept the bill. How can I receive an invoice (superbill) for services? will guide you through how to request an invoice from Talkspace.
You may also submit a superbill to your insurance, and be partially or fully reimbursed. This option can be especially beneficial if Talkspace isn't contracted with your insurance plan. We recommend contacting your health plan before starting Talkspace to inquire about potential reimbursement.
