What is the refund policy?

Similar to visiting a physician's office, our providers are compensated for their time. Because of this, our policy states:

Talkspace is not able to grant refunds for services rendered, and fees associated with but not limited to:

  • Subscription costs and co-pays; 
  • Live sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed session's start time; or
  • Live sessions missed by the client.

If you have suggestions or ideas to help increase customer satisfaction, please let us know by sending in a support request after logging in to your account. 

Are there any circumstances where a refund may be granted?

Our support team can evaluate a request for a refund, provided that the request is received within 90 days of the charge’s posting date to your bank or credit card statement. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, it's important to keep in mind that refunds are not guaranteed. Rest assured, we're committed to working closely with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
