How Do I Find My Talkspace Charges and Billing History?

To check your past transactions:

  1. Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
  2. Click on Account (Account Icon.png) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Transactions.
  4. On the Transactions page, you'll see two tabs:
    • Completed - charges that were successfully processed to your payment method on file.
    • Unpaid - charges that couldn’t be processed with your current payment method.
      • Unpaid charges from early 2025 and earlier may not appear in this tab, but you may still be responsible for them.
      • If you have an unpaid balance, please update your payment method and pay the full amount to continue using Talkspace without interruptions.
NOTE: At this time, members using Medicare for Talkspace will not be able to view transaction history in their account.

To view charge details:

Once you're on the Transactions page of your account, click on any charge to view more details, including:

  • Charge date: When the charge was added to your account.
  • Charge type: What the charge was for (e.g., copay, no-show or late cancellation fee, remaining balance after insurance processed the claim, monthly or quarterly subscription, etc.).
  • Session details: Session date, session type (messaging or live session), and the provider who delivered the service.

For members using insurance: Your charge date may differ from your session date depending on when the insurance claim was submitted and processed. For more information, check out these articles:

If you’re unsure why your card was charged and you can’t find the charge on your Transactions page, check if a family member used your card for their own Talkspace account. They should also review their transaction history to see if the charge matches your card statement.

Keep in mind that charges from early 2025 and earlier may not appear directly within your account, but you should have received an invoice when your card was charged.
