When you add your payment information on Talkspace, you can choose to opt in for faster checkout with Link, a secure payment service from Stripe. By selecting this option, you agree to create a Link account using your email and phone number. Link will securely save your payment details, allowing you to quickly check out with one click on Talkspace and other sites that use Link.
NOTE: If you opt in to Link, Talkspace can't view or change the payment information you have saved with Link.
You have two options to update your payment method saved with Link:
- Update directly through your Link account by going to https://app.link.com/login and logging in to manage your payment details.
- Update within your Talkspace account by following this guide How Do I Update My Payment Information? If you go with this option, a six-digit verification code will be sent to your phone or email. Enter the code to log in to Link on Talkspace and update your saved payment method.
