You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings. We recommend keeping your card up to date to avoid any interruptions in service.
To update your payment information:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or through the Talkspace app.
- Click Account (
) on the top-right corner.
- Select Payment and plan.
- Under Payment details, click the green Update or Add card button.
- If “Link with Stripe” appears under your payment details, it means you previously opted in for faster checkout and saved your payment information with Link. When you update your payment method, you’ll be asked to enter a six-digit code sent to your phone or email in Step 5. - Enter your new payment details.
- Click Save to finish.
NOTES:
- If you get a bill from Talkspace, the payment will be charged to the card you have on file.
- If a different card is being charged, check your account to make sure it’s not saved there. Sometimes, a family member might be using your card for their own account, so it’s also a good idea to ask them if you see unexpected charges.

Having trouble updating your payment information?
If you run into any technical issues while updating your payment information, try these quick fixes:
- Verify your payment method is correct and active.
- Try a different payment method.
- Refresh the page.
- Use incognito/private mode.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser.
