Find your past transactions
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click on Account (
) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Transactions.
On the Transactions page, you'll see two tabs:
- Completed - charges successfully processed to your payment method on file.
- Unpaid - charges that couldn’t be processed with your current payment method.
If you have an unpaid balance, please update your payment method and pay the full amount to continue using Talkspace without interruptions.
NOTE: At this time, members using Medicare can't view transaction history in their account. For members using insurance, transactions may take a few weeks to appear due to the insurance claims process.
View charge details
Once you're on the Transactions page, click on any charge to view more details, including:
- Charge date: When the charge was added to your account.
- Charge type: What the charge was for (e.g., copay, no-show or late cancellation fee, remaining balance after insurance processed the claim, monthly or quarterly subscription, etc.).
- Session details: Session date, session type (messaging or live session), and the provider who delivered the service.
For members using insurance: Your charge date may differ from your session date depending on when the insurance claim was submitted and processed. For more information, check out these articles:
Unable to find a charge or the Transaction section?
If you don’t see any charges or the Transactions section in your account, this may be because:
-
You don’t have any charges yet.
- If you’re a new insurance member and your first session hasn’t been processed yet. In this case, the Transactions section may not appear at all until a charge exists.
-
The charge is from mid-2025 or earlier.
- This feature was launched around mid-2025, so older charges may not appear in your account.
- You should have received an email invoice when your card was charged. Try searching your inbox for emails from "Talkspace".
Other things to check:
- Make sure you’re logged into the correct account associated with your sessions.
- If a family member used your card for their own Talkspace account, they should also review their transaction history to see if the charge matches your card statement.
