An invoice includes the service date, date issued, and amount billed. It has less detail than a superbill, so if you only need these basic billing details, an invoice may be what you’re looking for.
To download an invoice:
- Log in at www.talkspace.com or on the Talkspace app.
- Click on Account (
) in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Transactions.
- Find the charge you want an invoice for and click on it.
- Click the download icon (
) to save the invoice to your device.
When you open the saved invoice, it might look like you still owe a payment. If you’ve already paid, just click Pay online and then Download receipt to see the amount you’ve paid.
NOTE: At this time, Medicare users on Talkspace don’t have the option to download an invoice.
