How can I update my payment information?

For security reasons, we ask that clients maintain payment information on file with their account through their account settings.

To update your payment information:

  1. Log into your account at
  2. Click on your nickname located on the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. From the dropdown, select View payment and plan.
  4. Within the Payment section, click on the green Update or Add card button.
  5. From there, you'll be taken to a screen where you can update your payment information and any information associated with your Link account.
  6. When you’re finished, press Save.

Our payment system is up to date with leading industry standards. All personal information is maintained and secured by a national payment processor. If you opt in to "Save your info for secure 1-click checkout," your payment information is saved on Link, which is a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Talkspace does not store any personal financial information.
