To adjust your email and app notifications:

- Log into your account on www.talkspace.com.
- Click on Account (
) located on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Notifications.

From there, you can adjust your Talkspace notification settings, including:
- Account updates
- Room activity
- Session reminders
- Superbills
- Marketing communications
- Desktop notification sound

- Log into your Talkspace app.

) at the top-right corner of the page.
- If you are in the chatroom, click on the green arrow (

- Now on the Settings page, click on Notifications.

From here, you can adjust your Talkspace notification settings, including:
- Account updates
- Room activity
- Session reminders
- Superbills
- Marketing communications
Still not receiving notifications for the Talkspace app? Make sure notifications are turned on via your mobile device or tablet's global settings. You can do so by following these steps:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Notifications > Talkspace. Turn access on for Talkspace app.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps > Notifications. Make sure notifications for Talkspace are enabled.
