How Do I Pay My Talkspace Balance or Invoice?

If you get a bill or invoice from Talkspace, the payment is usually taken automatically from the card you have on file. But if your card has expired or your payment information is outdated, the payment might not go through.

NOTE: It's important to pay any outstanding balance on an invoice promptly to avoid service interruption. If your balance remains unpaid, your Talkspace services may be paused and you’ll receive weekly reminders to pay your balance. Once paid, your access to services will automatically resume.

This guide will show you how to find your invoice and complete your payment online in just a few easy steps.

Find your invoice

There are a few ways you can access your invoice:

  • Email: Look for the subject line “You have a new invoice from Talkspace.”
  • SMS (if enabled): If you’ve opted into text notifications, you’ll also get a message with a secure link to your invoice.
    • You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
  • In your account: Log in to your Talkspace account and go to Transactions.

How to pay an invoice

  1. Open the invoice from your email, text message, or Transactions page.
  2. Select Pay Now.
  3. Add or update your payment method if it's expired or declined.
  4. Submit your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s processed.

Having trouble paying your invoice because of technical issues?  If you’re experiencing problems such as repeatedly having to re-enter your payment information or the screen keeps jumping back, try these quick fixes:

  • Verify your payment method is correct and active.
  • Try a different payment method.
