Booking through Zocdoc

Find a Talkspace provider who meets your needs on Zocdoc?

Secure an appointment by completing your Talkspace onboarding process, which includes creating a Talkspace account within the next 24 hours!

You should have received an email guiding you to begin onboarding once you've decided to book a session with a Talkspace provider on Zocdoc.

NOTE: Remember to confirm with your health insurance provider whether Talkspace is in-network and check for any cost-share or patient responsibility you may have. While there's no sign-up cost, after completing a session, similar to in-person therapy, you'll be charged your cost-share.

At the end of the onboarding process, a messaging room will be created with your selected provider. Allow your provider up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to confirm the appointment. For sessions scheduled within the last 24 hours, if the provider does not confirm up to 1 hour before the session, it will auto-cancel. A confirmed session should look like this:

For cancellations or rescheduling, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the session to avoid any late or no-show fee.

If you're satisfied with the selected provider, schedule more sessions within your Talkspace account by following this guide: How do I start, schedule, update or cancel a session with my provider?

Missed the onboarding deadline? No worries! Simply follow the steps provided in Sign Up for Talkspace: Individual, Couples, Teen Therapy, and Psychiatry Services to complete your registration. Afterwards, submit a support request, specifying the first and last name of the provider you wish to connect with. Tip: Check your email for a message from Talkspace titled "Complete onboarding to keep your appointment," to confirm the name of the provider who you selected.
